St. Mary's College of University of Surrey offers five MA modules in Catholic School Leadership. The programme provides opportunities for professional and career development for Catholic school leaders and for those aspiring to leadership positions at all levels in Catholic schools and colleges - primary, secondary or post 16. The aim is to provide a vocationally oriented programme of academic rigour, one that facilitates students in integrating a Catholic philosophy of education with the principles and practice of school leadership.

University of Glasgow offers a programme in Catholic School leadership that addresses the needs of senior staff and those preparing for senior leadership roles in school. It also offers modules in Catholic school leadership within the M.Ed. and Chartered Teacher programmes. It is possible to undertake studies for the Catholic Certificate in Religious Education, a Post-graduate Certificate in Christian ministry. Additionally there are opportunities to pursue doctoral research in Catholic education and Catholic school leadership.
